Post: Community Care Assistant
CareDirect (Wales) Ltd has ongoing requirements for committed and dedicated Care Workers who have a genuine interest in caring for Adult Service Users as well as Service Users with varying degrees of Dementia.
Principle Duties
- 1. Assisting with Personal care
- a. Assisting with Washing/bathing
- b. Assisting with Toileting
- c. Assisting with Hair/nail/teeth maintenance
- d. Assisting with Dressing
- e. Assisting with Feeding
- 2. Assisting with Support at home
- a. Assisting with Cleaning/vacuuming/dusting
- b. Assisting with Laundry/ironing
- c. Assisting with Meal preparation
- d. Assisting with Shopping/pension collection
- e. Fire/Aga/Rayburn preparation and supervision
Working Relationship
Will be required to work as part of a team. Accountable to the CareDirect (Wales) Ltd Registered Manager; under the day to day supervision of a Supervisor and Senior Care Workers.
