The standard of care offered by your staff was of a high standard. These ladies are a credit to your organisation and in fact offered a standard of care which the District Nurses were unable to offer. They were considerate of family feelings; they worked hard to ensure Mr. Evans was pain free and comfortable as possible and also managed to be cheerful and supportive at the same time.
